Dear Mr President,

I write to inform you that the state is run by the ruling government and the opposition, all we are asking for as a nation, we want the right thing to be done for every Sierra Leonean. Our country is not in a police state, but a democratic state. Five years of political intimidation, five years of massive corruption scales, five years of political intolerance, five years of political gangsterism, five years of state capturing, five years of state looting, five years of massive extra judicial killing, five years of constitutional bastardisation, five years of military high handedness, five years of police brutality, five years of massive incarceration, five years of selective justice and five years of political prisoners with hard labour.

Mr President, We cannot go into the forthcoming multi tie elections with rogues and captured institutions filled up with one tribe of 95 percent when we have other 15 tribes in Sierra Leone, the Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone (ECSL) Boss is Mende, the Sierra Leone Police (SLP) Boss is Mende, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Boss is Mende, the National Office of Security (ONS) Boss is Mende, the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces (RSLAF) Boss is Mende and their deputies. Mr President, this is practice among those with power or influence of favouring relatives, friends, or associates, especially by giving your tribes men and women jobs just to the Mende tribes in our institutions.

Yours sincerely,

Electronically signed,
Mohamed Salieu Kamara
